In the first half of 2018, we provided technical due diligence and project management oversight for BTL Group, a blockchain technology company with offices in London, Vancouver and Calgary.
We worked closely with the London office and visited Vancouver in the second week of May 2018. Our involvement lasted approximately three to four months and concluded by mid-2018.
At the time, BTL was developing Interbit, a platform intended to support business applications using interconnected blockchains. The company described it as a token-free approach to blockchain technology, with a focus on privacy and scalability. In April 2018, BTL made the platform available for testing and feedback.
The engagement brought our technical and project management experience to a company developing an emerging technology, supporting its work across the UK and Canada.
